What causes a sub to bottom out?

im just turning my volume up high and seeing when my sub bottoms out.. im just tryin to get the most out of it..

If your tuning is truely 33hz and your SSF is @ 30 hz it shouldnt be too bad. Maybe try setting it a little higher.

3.25cu ft shouldnt be too much for the 15".

no 3.25 is a little small for it but its all i could fit..

Because it could be set too far below the port tuning and letting the sub unload in the enclosure....
