i am debating on what to get in the hopefully near future, i would like something i can compete with but looking for 90% of it to be a daily ground pounder, i am set on 2 18" Fi BTL's, 2 ho alt's, debating on amps, and a few batteries, but what should i put it in, i am thinking of either a truck ie f150/250, toyota tundra, ect. or a small suv ie explorer, blazer, or a crx...please NAME the car/truck/suv like ford f150 or toyota tundra, not suv or truck.looking for the lows, want to hit anywhere from 148+ if possible witht these choices...thanks for any input...

Well i have a 2006 tundra and its a great truck but if you take out the back seats (in a access cab) the box can only be 15" deep so that doesnt leave room for a 18" (if its forward firing, it would hit or come **** close to the back of the front seats). Also keep in mind theres not as much airspace as a suv so it wont get as loud... atleast thats what ive been told. I have a 12" tc9 in a 2.2cube ported box and it gets pretty **** loud, and even louder with the windows down. Oh and there is room for a 2nd battery but there arent many availibe H/O alternators availible... itd be pretty hard to run dual alternators. The stock one on my truck is a 120 amp though.

Why not a sequoia? Tundra platform with room for subs, and isn't a pile of mexicanada crap.

Hmm.... I'd personally look for a explorer with a 5.0... I don't really know much about either though.
