I have to ask. Why dump a bunch of money into an old a$$ tempo? I would rather just buy a newer car. Are you really going to drive that thing long enough for all these upgrades to be worth it?

Forget about that 800 battery.If you are going to go big...and then bigger.Get a couple of C&D batteries (cheap).Run at least 1 run of 1/0 wire,and get that 200 amp HO alt.There are ways to get loud on the cheap side.Did you say what subs,or box?

200 amp alt should be ok if it will do decent numbers at idle. rule of thumb is add 70 amps of alt with every 1000 watts rms added of audio.

I am probably toasting my alt but i have a stock 80 amp with two batts and probably 1.8k power off the amps. You could probably run stock for a while but i wouldnt wang it for long periods of time without letting it charge. If you have AC take it out and get another alt in place of it.
