What can I use to glue plexiglass?

Hi guys.

I'm building a bandpass box with the port facing the inside of the car and i'm trying to figure out. What should I use to seal/glue the 3/4 inch plexiglass to the box without any air leaks.

Weld-on makes great adhesives for plexiglass. Here's some manuals:

Not much will stick to Plexiglass because its a cast material and it is smooth. You can get a Acrylic Cement #33 from a local Glass shop. It welds it together and is Great stuff.

one place is www.delviesplastics.com have it up to 2" thick I believe, that's where I got the 3/4" for the window in my new box.

mcmaster-carr has plexi. i use thin foam gasket,sticky 1 side...

foam tape and countersink or WIDE washers. You're just using 1 plexi panel correct?

selectproducts carries all the plexi. check your local glass shop too.
