Tune higher then.
Also run a sweep of your car to determine your resonant frequency. If you want to be loud, you have to tweak...

what do i do with my resonant frequency once i find it? do it tune my box to what it is?

Yup. Of course, nearly every change you make to the inside of your car will change the frequency, but if you can figure out what that frequency is, you should be well on your way to capitalizing on it.

It's really going to be based on enclosure. If done right as much as 145db spl and 142 music for sure. 145 for music will be a little of a challenge but doable.
