What can Goob do to make this site better

1. a group of mods with similar beliefs

2. mods that enforce ALL the rules for ALL members

3. break down the classifieds so potential buyers can look at only what they want to buy

4. have mods for each section. for ex. have a few specifically for the classifieds, a few for the general sections, and 1 or 2 for the dome

5. crack down on the post dumping, #1 reason many dont like this site

6. prevent multiple threads with the same topic from being made

I was dead serious in my suggestion just because you dont like them dont mean nothing. The problem around here is the sandy vag fegs take the dome to serious. Not to mention NGSM knew more about audio then a good 90% of the people on this site and help quiet a few people out with there builds.JD kept the dome goin no one can deny that. I rarely ever seen either "troll" outside of the dome which if I remember correctly was the point of the dome.

Yes it was all in the dome it was all fun n games and most only got a day or 2. Hell I was on the receiving end of the **** some times. I mean it just wasnt that bad for people to cry about it like they do.

imo helotaxi & ramos are the most knowledgable mods here, car audio-wise.........

We have a section for that. Its called the home page. It is where companies can pay for advertising.

7. get rid of that annoying post deleted thing. just make the posts disappear. because those still take up room in the thread

1 you need check and balances

2 seems fair but almost will never happen

3 want that go to caco

4 kinda a good idea

5 I disagree if you over price your **** people should be able to voice their opinions

LOL I'm sure since I'm merely tolerated by the admin (graciously so I might add) that my opinion will not be taken seriously but.... from my experience self-actualization is required before any change can effectively be made. Take a step back and look at what makes ca.com popular. There are 2 things and 2 things ONLY. #1 it's domain name. That thing is gold. #2 it's the wild west of car audio forums. If this revolution had come about before caco and smd, yeah it could be divided into orderly and off topic and everything would be cool. Now, if people want orderly, they know they have a place. People come here because they can say whatever they want.(or used to be able to). They could get a laugh, look at nudes, etc. Now, that is stolen. Goob felt he had to do it to continue to be able to monetize the site but at the same time he robbed the luster of it.

There are VERY few people here that have even a basic understanding of electronics, the makeup of a subwoofer, or how to get loud.... so let's give up the ruse that somehow moderating those sections will make the help better. It won't. You've got to have a little car audio and a whole lot of fun. Without that, this site will continue to decline.

NGSM was a goddamn emotional wreck. You never knew what version of NGSM you were talking to from day to day......
