What cable/internet should i get?

Ok, im about ready to get either cable/satellite, and internet at my house. Ive been looking at companies that combine service, such as comcasts triple play and would like that, but its not necessarily a must, i can pay 2 bills if need be.

The kicker is i dont want to go over 100 bucks a month for both, and the cheaper the better.

Which companies would you suggest?

do the have comcast there? edit didn't read lol.. ya we have comcast cable+ all chans, internet and phone lines.. its cheaper that way

What all is available in your area? Are you just looking for basic channels or any movie channels? Also most companies are going to different levels of high speed internet for different prices.

IMO your best bet would be to ask your neighbors what they have, what they pay and if they are happy with the service.

we pretty much have all services except att uverse, which is really what id like to have. the comcast triple play sounds good but im not sure if i want to go with comcast since ive read a lot of crap about them lately.

oh, and id just like basic channels for now, and basic internet, faster and more channels would be nice, but again id rather not go over 100 for both.
