finally made up my mind, and since insurance was gonna be expensive, and the fact that ive never ridden a bike, i decided to buy a dirt bike, my friend is also buying one today or tomorrow. its definitely fun, but is kinda hard to get used to...im so glad i didnt buy a 250 2 stroke like i planned on at first...there is no way id be able to handle it....

awesome man. I've always wanted a dirtbike, looks like alot of fun.
ya so far its pretty fun, i picked it up this morning...the hardest part is getting it going in 1st gear, after your going though its easy...the first time i went to switch gears though, i went into second and gassed it wayyy to hard and im pretty sure i got the front tire off the ground...scared the shit out of me...

The dirt is alot more foregiving than pavement. You may have made the right choice by learning on a dirt bike //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/peace.gif.2db28b618ed8d1964ebbe2f5021d2c39.gif

dirt bikes are tons of fun till you run out of trails. hopefully you have a lot around. but after awhile you start having to look at shit all over again and think of new places/ways to ride to keep it interesting

ya..i dont think id be very comfortable learing how to use a clutch and turn on a street bike....

so far ive just ridden around in my alley, im hoping that when our maid people get here i can make it over to the field next to my house...

Yeah just practice your clutch work with it, the most important thing is to just get comfortable on it. And of coarse, the only way to do that is just to ride, ride, ride. You'll love it! ya ive got a bunch of places to ride at...

If it does get boring take it to a track and race. O make some jumps and learn how to jump tha bish
thats my point... the suspension wont hold up to jumping almost any jumps on a track, let alone racing.

Its a good trail/beginner bike though.

have fun //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
