Might look into their hours of business, too.

Around here, Fifth Third is open till like 8 on the weekdays, and till 5 on the weekends. Its pretty convenient.

There used to be a time when banks actually paid interest

now for the average joe they are just place to safley hold your money

thats why you join a credit union. Idk how much and im sure its not a lot..but i do get some amount of interest, and slightly more on 'shares' (savings).

Plus i just want like a small loan for $100-1000 my credit union will actually do it, and i have terrible credit. small credit unions rock cuz they will get to know you and make decisions based on you personally... if they think your going to pay, not some mystery equation.
