What are the chances of Logitech replacing my speakers?

Ok. I have these speakers bought in 11/02/10 i still have the receipt

The volume on these is NEVER passed half since the day i got them. I played the song "My Sub"...and my whole house smelled like coil....Now the sub bottoms out and distorts like crazy if i put the volume on my pc to half. You think logitech will replace them? i mean i never abused them.

Check the warrenty, if its not up they should replace them. If its expired im sure they wont do a thing.

most electronics are covered by the manufacturer for a full year, you should be good, most likely just a send back and replace warranty

Logitech is great with warranty repairs. They will most likely require you to send it in and let them check it before they send a replacement though.

On their site it says 2yr warranty, they will replace it.

I lost the power/volume/sub level control for my Logitech system. I gave them a call and asked about a replacement.

They actually sent me one out for free!

Just give them a call, it sure cant hurt.
