I wish someone would get a whole bunch of subwoofers together, in one place, and test them out. Then, I wish they'd post the results online, in one convienent place, so everyone asking about 12" subwoofers would have a place to go to.

Im basically just curious on the Fi Q. You guys didnt try it sealed and rated it at 5th overal on SQ and the JLw6 was rated at a 4th overall sealed.

Im just wondering if you think the fiq sealed would have better SQ then some of the others there. I know its all subjective Im just wondering if anyone has any comments because I want to get a 12 sealed and it was gonna be the FiQ with around 1200 watts.

Check out the prices of the drivers I listed above it. I'm not saying a more expensive woofer is a better woofer, that's definitely not always the case...but the Q was up against some stiff competition and did very well. I just happened to like some things that the Vanadium did more, or what the Aura did...etc. All very nitpicky things, but that's what you have to do when you have five or six drivers that are all really enjoyable to listen to.

These are my favs and I have even listed the Amp:

Pyramidower Pentagon 12" 1200w $93.75-I like the gold and chrome baskets

1600w amp $215.60

Pyleryver 12" 3200w $143.00

2400w mono block w/bass control and digital Mosfet $360.19

I got dumber while on theses sites. No thanks needed.

Haha.. I'm just gonna say that I've heard from far too many people that the 9500 in any size is just a boomy *** sub.

If your looking for loudness then its fine, but been told that it just plain sucks with clarity of notes.

Not to mention there are plenty of other subs that are much better and still get louder...

But to answer the question simply....

like everyone else said.. there isnt.
