If there was an ETA for the new assassins, or possibly arsenals (I gotta measure how tall my trunk is), then I would consider them a strong player. As of yet, I haven't read anything regarding the production date of the Assassins.

With a combined thremal power handling of approximately 400w (on a good day), those RE's would be using less than half of what my amp is capable of driving. And 12mm xmax on an 8" woofer is not going to move a whole lot of air.
