Yep,i live in a 50/50 white and minorities. We got alot of racist hicks and cops

and theres some law about if your glove box is locked they cant search it without a dog or somethin like that

I have told them to **** off five or six times with no issues, you will get a bunch of shit for it from them but they cannot search unless you **** up somehow.

Probable cause can be anything though. Cops can SAY, they smelled something and who is to say they didnt?
Florida they have to ask permision unless they have probable cause. You tell them no, and they will bring in a dog. The dog alerts and then they have thier probable cause and search your ride. Dogs WILL alert too!

I just moved from florida a few year ago. I lived there 14 years. They used to pull my *** over all the time just b/c they knew who I was. They would always ask first if they could search, I would tell them no, Sometimes they would bring the dog for the hell it. Florida cops can really be assholes. But to the OP, You have the right to tell them no. If you have a suspended license they can search no matter what. And as everybody said, If they smell weed or see beer cans or pipes. But if you have absolutely nothing to hide, tell them no and let em bring the **** dog.

I HATE Georgia cops. I travel alot and my windows are Dbl. 5% all around. When I go into Georgia, they stay down! Plus, my Florida plates dont help me at all either.

If i was stopped, what are my rights about searching my car.. Also I get stopped,because i drive Chevy Caprice with 24's and tinted windows, so they say its because my car is suspicious and i heard this is the number one car for thugs and drug dealers to drive..Is this profiling?

They have searched my car many of times without p-cause,without smelling/seeing drugs, beer anything.

good to know. I've never been pulled over in my 2+ years of driving...never give them a reason to .. but I never really thought this stuff in case I did get pulled over. I have nothing to hide, but if a cops gonna be wasting my time with crap I'm not gonna be a pushover, I'm gonna make his day hard too! (without going overboard lol)

edit: cops DO like to follow me around a LOT tho... the other day I was ridin with my buddy who gets pulled over about once a week (probation now LOL) and this cop would NOT stop following me, back roads and all, eventually I go to a friends house, get out, and the cop just rolls by realllly slow (wasn't gonna lead him to my house lol)...... I dont know what it is about jacksonville cops and teenagers in trucks....but just about everyone I know in a truck gets pulled over constantly, no ticket...but they DO get pulled over.

You also gotta remember if you tell them no this will automatically put them on the defense and they will start to get more aggresive with you. Also if you have anything they can write you a ticket for you WILL get it no matter what so it is the kinda thing you don't mind doing if you are in a rental that is clean but not something you wanna do with your honda accord with fart can muffler, dark tiny, red and blue strobe lights and bass blaring //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
