What AMP to keep, JL Audio 500/1 or Kicker KX800.2

I have a JL Audio 500/1 & a Kicker KX800.2 amplifier. I am giving one to my brother for his b-day but I dont know which one to keep. I need to know which one will sound better for my 3 12" rf punch hx2 (2ohms) subwoofers. Any opinions would really help....Thanks...

Neither of those amps look like they produce enough power for your subwoofers. I would give him the one that works with his setup the best.

give him the cheaper one, sell the more expensive one, buy something better thats not as "name brand" (aka hifonics, profile, or a used amp off the forum)

So neither will work.....bummer..........ok what if I give him an amp and a subwoofer....that leaves me with 2 12" subs instead of 3.........which amp can I keep and which should I give away.
