What amp to get

So I had my subs and amps stolen, and I'm going to replace them, but I don't know much about car stereos. Anyways I am just going to get CVR12s again, and they will be dual voice coil 4 ohm subs. The question is, what kind of amp do I need to get, and how should I wire the subs up to the amp without frying the amp or the subs?

wrong ohm load. Wire the subs in parallel + to + and - to - on each sub then + and - on the amp. look for around 1k @ 1ohm. many amps to choose from. budget?

I'm set of CVR's because that is what I had before and I loved them. I also don't want to get something that I might not like as much, and since I know I like the CVRs I'm going with those again. And I don't have much of a budget(around $100) unfortunately, I'm going to buy the amp on craigslist as soon as I find the one I need for a good price. I'm thinking of just getting a crunch amp because they don't seem to expensive, my friend had one on his CVTs and he said it pushed them pretty good.
