What Amp to get

have 3 Earthquake 12 inch Tremors 8ohm voice coil 250/500 watt speakers. Can anyone give me a good suggestion on what kind of amp I should get? I was going to go with an earthquake mono d2 shredder but need some help in deciding? I know I can wire them in parallel to drop the ohms to 2.68. HELP! What will make them hit!!!

the d2 shredder would kill those subs..you dont need THAT much power....in fact.....you're best off with a good 2ohm stable amp that puts out like 800w giveing you 600-700 watts at 2.68ohms...... lanzar vibe 1200d is good, a refurbished orion 1200d or directed 1100D or a hifonics 1500D.... check out ebay or ikesound.com, good prices..... ebay rules
