What amp for 2 SA-12 4ohms going for 1 ohm load ?

I am deciding on which amp to choose for 2 sa-12 4ohms going for 1ohm load.

currently i have 2 in mind:

-Hifonics ZRX1500.1D (1500w at 1ohm)

-Hifonics Brutus BRZ1200.1D (1200 at 1ohm)

- or any other suggestion for around the price range?

2 question would be 1500w for the 2 sa's would be okay? or go safe with 1200w?

first time building my own system.

would i be underpowering my subs with 1200 ? if so should i get 1500w or more ?
