What amp choice

I'm looking into a AQ HD315 and i want an amp to go with it. I'm deciding between PA 3000db, opti2000d, Bxi 2006d. I have 200amp alt and big 3. And i have seen results to benching of opti2000d 1987watts at .5 ohm. Is that risky to run that sub on .5 ohm. And what does the wiring configuration of HD315 Allow. My budget is no more than 310 shipped. Any input would help!

Hifonics amps do about 80% of thier rated power, that is a nice price tho for $225
