I got a buddy in the MIGPC club that has a RF 1000.1db and some older RF subs, a RF 4 channel amp. Im probably picking that up. Everything is custom built for my car. I would just need to build a box.

No. The racks that house everything are custom built for my car.

Or you can go on the Audioque website, take that same 250 and buy a brand new 1200D that will be exactly what is needed in this application. Very solid amp, not used, and has a warranty.
