IIRC it cools them, causing voltage to read lower.

Concrete is an alkaline, battery acid is... well... an acid. The old batteries use to be prone to losing charge due to this, but the new batts' plastic casing prevents that from being an issue.

i just put them on the concrete for a few minutes to get them out of my car and take pictures of them...and yea they have plastic casing.

and if you are worried about room and weight then hell, why bother putting anything aftermarket in your car for audio? you will see what it feeds when i find some 0 gague to get them wired up. stupid car audio stores arent open on sundays....

oh alright...But yeah on that carputer not really finsihed yet but should be done by early october so ill def hit you up plus im gonna be doing my install down there ill hit you up then also.
