What a piss poor decision....

That sucks man, i know how it goes with getting attatched to pets.

Crappiest thing about pets is they're pretty easy to take for granted, when things are going crappy, sometimes my golden retriever seems more like another chore than a friend, but it's stories like yours that make me realize how nice it is to have a pet around the house when nobody's home, or just doing crazy stuff to entertain me when i least expect it.

Hehe, i don't know about dedicating cars to a lost pet, car's always start off pretty cool, but there's always a reason to get rid of them at the end //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Just make sure you save some pictures, they'll be good to look back on down the road.

I feel for you, losing pets is hard.I myself have lose a few dogs and a cat.I honestly, truly have loved my pets more than any human being. (hope no one I know reads this)

I had to take my chow to the shelter because he really didn't like anyone else in the house except me and a couple very close friends.Which posed a serious safety hazard with the woman, given how agressive he could be.He didn't pass their little behavior test and they put him to sleep //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Then my dog from when I was back in high school, had to give him away when my parents kicked me out.Which really sucked because I had him for quite a while. And I lost a cat that I believed was killed by my lanlord (I suspect he got ran over with the tractor). Then one dog I had for a loooooooooong time, she was the ****ing best.Sweetest animal you could ever ask for.I got kicked out on my *** due to a stupid argument and with the new apartment I couldn't keep her //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Like someone else said, I fear the day my two cats pass away. One cat I've had for a good 10 years, the other I've had for almost 4.I am so uptight about keeping the doors closed unless the younger one is locked up.Todd is about 14 years old now, he likes to sleep a lot but other than that he's in great shape. In short, pets & semi-emo ftw.

I feel your pain //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Best of luck to you.

Sorry to hear that bud. I know how it feels. I am in the middle of making a decision on my dog of having to put her down. It truly sucks to have to make decisions like this, but sometimes when you see an animal in pain all the time you have to come to a conclusion. I am coming to mine this week. I am sorry about your cat, looks like it was a cool one and I sure it was. I feel your pain and will pray for you and yours. So keep your head up and I am sure in time I will be making a post on mine. Dam it ! I hate threads like this. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

First of all i want to thank everyone for there soncere responses.. Second i want to say she was not in any pain what-so-ever. If she was i would have put her down a long time ago... I really dont no how to explain what she meant to me.. It's sad i no because it was a cat but still, everytime i came home from work i'd always se her at my door head popped up and waiting to see me, then nudging my head and layin by me whenever i was in bed... For a cat of all animals to do that is true companionship.. Thanks to everyone again... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

So what happend then? If you didnt put her to sleep was there an accident of some sort, or did she just pass on from olf age? I wish that was the case with mine as making this decision sucks!

im assuming it was old age but it's twice as tough to deal with when theres no previous problems .... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif ...

Well it probably was just the old age then. Trust me it is hard to deal with all these problems. I wish dogs would live a lifespan like humans. Ahh it sucks.

Now the next hard decision, wondering what everyone would do. Do i bury her or cremate her.. This is turning out to be just a horrible week, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Just bury her, this way you can visit when you like.
