What 3000 watt board is this?

it looks like a 2 channel mono. constructions alot like the audiopipe but seeing the lack of large power jumpers, and it has a poorly isolated control curcuit from the power curcuit it appears to be a cheaply built amp, even cheaper than the AP30001 that was mentioned.
