What 3000 watt board is this?

I was just looking around for future investments and stumbled upon this.

It looks like a very big and solid board, the only problem is that the OEM build house can't release any names. That's where you guys come in, so what the hell is it?

By the casing I thought it was a 3000D but then I looked at the internals and they're not even close.

It is not any brand in the USA - or I probably would have seen it before. There are 100s of boards out there not available under any brand here.

That's a cool looking board. I've never seen it before. I agree with Jake though. It's two amps on the same board...
