What 12" will wang the hardest?

I was going to get 2 type Rs, but now im thinking maybe a single beefy 12" would do the job...with a budget of $500 for the sub and amp, what do you guys think?

My thoughts so far:

JBL GTI (dont know what amp, its 6ohm!? idk how that works)

RE SX 1000w rms

SS RL-P

These subs are all around $250, and i still need an amp, and enclose all within $500, what am i lookin at here?
