I have had great experiences with kicker, back when they used to make the $70.00 wonder of the world, the C12A4. Nowadays shopping for a good sub is like being in a place full of hot women, its hard to choose. so were you joking about that statement?

get an RE SE 12" which is 175 shipped or opt for the SX series which would be a bit more...so you'd cut your budget in half for sub and amp

L7's are pretty good subs. There are better for the money, but they do get loud and don't sound as bad as people make them out to be on here. People just catch the CA.com fever sometimes, thats all.
