Wet Sounds XS-XXX 12" Sub impressions? Good for a party bus?

I am debating between Wet Sounds XS-XXX and a JL W7. I have a long stretched party bus that I use as my RV. I have old Alpine type R speakers/etc from first generation that play well. But you don't feel the sound. I want to add to the stereo and have plenty of space under seats or in the back cabin that's used for luggage.

I really don't know much about car audio anymore so I would love to hear input. I can get the sub for $450 delivered. I googled the sub and I came across 2-3 reviews in the boat forums as this is a marine subwoofer. I was considering putting in the 10" marine tower speakers as well. I managed to find a source for them at $1049 with the swivel mounts. I was thinking about powering them with a PPI Power Class amp 650.2 that I can purchase for $100. The sub I have no idea what amp to buy. If possible I'd like to buy a cheap amp although 2 dealers have tried their best to convince me to get Wet Sounds amplifiers.

If I am heading in the wrong direction with this please let me know.
