paintless dent repair is your best bet if you dont want to do any sanding, filling, repainting..etc
its not really something you can do yourself. youd look up a professional and he would come out, or youd go and meet him. he has a variety of some long, some very long, and some very short stainless steel rods bent at the ends, with a handle on the other. depending on the area the dent is in, he will choose the best length tool to use.
he'll snake the rod inside your body panel, until he reaches the area dented, and work the rod with the tip of it against the inside of the dent at its harshest point. he does all this while looking down the vehicle panel at the light reflection. slowly he'll work it out. if hes good, itll look like it was never there.
though not all dents can be repaired by PDR. depends alot on how severe, jagged, creased, krinkled..etc the dent is..and what kind of structures are behind it.
itll probably cost anywhere from 10%-20% cheaper to have a PDR professional do it than to take it to a bodyshop and have them sand, fill, sand, shoot and reclear it. so, alittle cheaper.
