nice catch there pitbull. I just really don't have the patience to catfish, but it is fun landing a big one like that. But i don't think there is anything more fun than bringing in a big largemouth.

Except for pike, i hear they're fun to fish for.

Yeah, and golfing isn't bad. I used to get to play for free. No matter how much i took advantage of that, i still ******.

Dammit, this is the second time this has happened!!! I can't have them coming to my house anymore.

And I'm not sure how much either of those weighed, but felt like ~4lbs. I did catch a 6 1/2 pounder when i was about 12. But I put it back. I usually just catch them, take a picture if they are big, and put them back. Especially in the pond at my house. Gotta actually have fish to catch ya know? But a lake, now that's another story. Fish fry FTW.

Pops and I have really started to hang out more, and fishing seems to be the thing to do. I used to be really into it but it dropped for a few years. In fact tomorrow I'm meeting him at a spillway about half way between us (2.5 hours) for an all nighter. Fish from 8pm to 8am or so.

absolutely!!!! i used to do it for a living with my dad. he was a captain of a commercial fishing boat. did trapping and rod n real. we fished for grouper. greatest fight i think. that snapper didnt have **** compared to this sea turtle i caught that was the size of a vw bug.... took over 2hrs to real in. it wanted nothing to do with the boat. of course cut the line after we figured out what it was. endangered spiecies ftl //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

man i would love to fish in the ocean. i'm stuck right in between the two though, in Missouri.

However, the Missouri river is supposed to have a wide selection of huge fish, and dead bodies. I wouldn't mind fishing there once.
