resized the pics. The first is an alligator, the second is the pic of the jack we caught. We also caught 6 snapper ranging in size from 10" to maybe 14". Fairly small a few decent sized snapper. Also saw a couple dolphins, but by the time I ran back to grab my camera they weren't coming up out of the water anymore. There aren't too many places that have both alligators, dolphins, and manatees. Also caught a turtle.

Near the Sebastian River in FL. Over by this manatee preserve. It's almost right under I-95, you just gotta take backroads to get there, it's not accessible directly off I-95

No, that bastard pissed me off, I kept getting these nibbles and it would steal the entire shrimp....so I got prepared and pulled up as fast as I could on the next nibble I got and bam, up comes the turtle.

I prefer to knock them out of the sky.. it's more fun, but alot more "crap this sucks" factor... getting up at 4am to drive to some soggy *** spot, standing in the rain when it's 40 degrees out knee deep in some pond when your waders have a whole in them... it's still fun when they drop like rocks... tasty too
