Well, i figured out why my XXX sounded half as loud as it used to

When i went from the alpine HU to the Eclipse, i noticed it didn't hit nearly as hard as it used to, so i just dealt with it for 3 weeks. Then today i pulled the HU out and noticed that only one of the RCA's for the sub was plugged in. yes they are, now the sub sounds way too loud, i have to keep my subwoofer level on 0. Im gonna lower it once i get my speaker back from CDT (its defective, they are fixing it or replacing it).

I did, then one of my speakers stopped working. The sub sounded fine, i just was confused why it didn't hit hard like it did before, so i just shrugged it off.
