Alright,

First, thanks for the people that help me before. I'm slowly getting back in to a routine with working out, I'd go jogging but i rather jog with a buddy, but my friends are all everyday stoners and cigarette smokers. So basically i have lazy unhealthy friends.

Anyway, my question is: I've noticed a slight difference in the way my arms are shaping, but I'm worried my muscles are going to come out uneven. What i mean is, I'm left handed and it seems as if my left arm has more definition then my right. also, to me my right arm looks smaller then my left. as in build wise. What should i do to correct this so my arms evenly sized? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

do workouts that involve working both body parts at the same time

for example if you're working your biceps by doing curls, dont do dumbell curls. do barbell curls instead. This way, your stronger arm may get ahead of your weaker arm, but then your weaker arm has to catch up, leveling everything back out.

10 reps 3 sets

sometimes by the end of 2 though i cant continue.( Talking about benching) so i move on to bicep curls with a curved bar (dont remember the name) 10 reps 3 sets.

It should be obvious from his rep sets.
I edited, Right now im doing 90lbs +bar ( im 6'0 157lbs, former smoker/stoner turned straight edged =p havent worked out in about two years before three weeks ago.) i moved up from 80lbs+bar this week to 90lbs

All I do is bulk pushups and situps, with a 2 mile jog 3 or 4 times a week, school permitting. That, combined with eating decently, works well enough for me. I don't eat healthy by any means, but I do try and avoid anything blatantly unhealthy.

Well, I'm trying to get better then avg build though. and yeah i kinda gotta watch what i eat. during winter i was a real junk food person, but during summer i noticed every year my eating habit changes

if u want buly u need to pick up more weight start eating alot of brea pasta cheese etc. and protein shakes will help also. do heavy with a lil amount of reps. idk what is the most u can curl but take about 20pounds off to 5 reps about 5 times. with lil breaks between. and for ur chest id say do the samething. its what i did. i was 130 @ 5'10 now im 210 but losing my muscle mass cause i had surgery on my nuts and it hurts to lift //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
