Weight lifters and Body Builders

first time i ever benched in highschool i threw up 190 i believe. when i was a swimmer.
swimming+ heavy weights= bad idea.

i dive at school as of now, swim a few races here and there, ill barely go over my own weight, having big muscles and swimming is crap. leans the way to go.

 
im more of a squat guy anyway...lol
