my buddy did that 3 yrs ago .. he was a 130 pound punk now is 215 solid muscle... And he doesnt even get to work out every day, bein in iraq

I dont have any pics of him from a few yrs ago but i got a few pics when he was back on leave ... Just imagine the 6' lil scrawney kid then add about 80 pounds of muscle... no roids in 3 yrs... anythings possible

yea man in 8th grade i benched alot then i stopped liftin for about a year and when i started again i benched 180 and jumped to 240 in about a month. dont get to lift anymore now but i cant wait until i do! and i need to run some more weight off anyways

first time i ever benched in highschool i threw up 190 i believe. when i was a swimmer.

my bro used to lift weights like crazy and he was built as mess!!!! played on the highschool wrestlin team and just whooped on everyone! but now he has slacked off and somehow got a beer gut without drinkin beer haha
