I bought this book brand new from rodale ( the company that makes all the muscle books ) about a week ago. Paid almost $35 shipped for it and only reason i bought it is because i tore the envelope apart so i couldnt send it back haha. Its brand new, only looked through it once. Someone gimme $30 shipped for it??? Shows how to lose wieght, eat properly, different workouts, and many more.

if you need a book on how to eat right to not be a fat body , the book is the least of your problems.... eat descent and dont carb up , hit the gym a few times a week, get ur metabolism up n ull be fine
