The problem is they are sold out. We can't match a price for a product they don't have.

It looks like most of their Alpine is sold out. They probably got a good purchasing deal a while back and haven't ordered any more because the prices have gone up.

didn't know you price matched when they did have the product.. it's apparent you won't honor it regardless..by how it's handled with them being sold out ( because at that price of course they will be ) but still would be great if you all would for a customer.

We would love to be able to honor the price while they are sold out, but unfortunately there are unethical people in this world that would go out and create a webpage with a sold out product at a very low price just so they could get a cheaper price. It makes it very unfair to us honest guys, and therefore we had to set some guidelines. We love to help our customers out wherever we can with pricing, which is why we do offer the beat a price.
