Never have gotten drunk. Underage for 1, and for another, what is the point?

Smoking weed is not for everybody, it can in fact cause more problems for some people, but for a good majority of us smokers it is mainly used to help us relax and make some things more entertaining and fun. When people smoke they usually just go do what they were going to do that day any ways. Smoking really shouldn't be illegal, and alcohol should be allowed for anyone 19 and older. I say 19 because well i dont think high schoolers should be allowed to drink but once you are out of highschool you can sign up to die for this country and if you can die for this country then you should be allowed to have a cold beer every once in a while. Land of the Free I think not.

Yes. Actually I'm all for legalization of pot. I'd much rather have that in our society then alcohol. I dont have anything against weed smokers. I just have my own decision on it, and thats that I wont do it. I wont throw away my cash or my life for a projected "high". On the contraty, I have friends who think differently. The simple truth is that no drug is good or safe (except SOME medical drugs, which could be debatable). But I would definetly rather see alcohol banned and pot legalized. It would lead to a better society as a whole, less deaths, ect.

I do believe those who are enlisted in the armed services DO get to drink underage as long as they are on base. But I do still understand the general gist of the idea. I just thought Id point that out for those who didnt know.

yeah i took my first criminal justice class this semester...really opened my eyes up to this whole country and its drug policy, so stupid once you understand whats really going on in this United States.

like 3/4 of the entire countries prisons and jails are filled with non violent drug offenders with long sentences while murders are parolled and walk the streets right next to you daily...

wha wha whaaatt!. man you lucky sob. friend of minewas on papers and failed once and got sent to a rehibilitation center(forgot the name for the life of me). i don't even wanatest it man. if they find any trace, BAM! six months in haris county. and lemme tell you, that jail is the worst man. overcrowding like a motherfuucker.

what does alcohol being worse have anything to do with it. im not saying i disagree but if you recall history, the government has tried to completely ban alcohol aswell. just didn't go over well. also all the moonshine runs haha.

Keep preachin it man. I know it all but I still tell everyone myself. The more people who know the truth about why marijuana is illegal and that we only have positives to gain from legalizing it, the sooner all this BS will end.

yea tell me about it. i did some research on it ahile back based here in houston/texas, and it's exactly what's happening. people that were caught with 'non-dealing' amounts of marijuana are taking up imense amounts of space in the jail, so whensomeone like joe shmoewho just shot his neighbor gets convictred, they have to give alternatives because of the overcrowding.
