I think you misunderstood me. Not his supply. His supply is yes worthless, because he doesn't have it. The ACSD (county) does.
Now what is still out there on the streets, the price of it is going to go up because I can guarantee you that was one of the biggest movers around. So everyone else's supply that was bought at X price, is going to go up because alot of supply has been lost.
Think oil supply + demand. Some oil plant blows up the price of oil goes up because of lost supply. Same concept but green.
