I think you misunderstood me. Not his supply. His supply is yes worthless, because he doesn't have it. The ACSD (county) does.
Now what is still out there on the streets, the price of it is going to go up because I can guarantee you that was one of the biggest movers around. So everyone else's supply that was bought at X price, is going to go up because alot of supply has been lost.

Think oil supply + demand. Some oil plant blows up the price of oil goes up because of lost supply. Same concept but green.

You are very much so correct though. Since, in all actuality, the supply of marijuana did go down while the demand for it will probably remain relatively the same in the long run, prices will increase until there is an increase of supply returned to the area.

I could also speculate that in the short run, up to about a week or so after the drug bust, prices could go down in this time period. It's all about finding the equilibrium between the market supply and the market demand for the good. With a large bust like this and the comment that cops are hoping to make more arrests soon, people may not want to purchase marijuana in this short amount of time while police are actively searching and successfully finding drug dealers. But like I mentioned, it's mainly about finding the market supply, market demand, and price elasticity for the demand of marijuana.
