Wattage ?

I have some Polk Audio 6x9's that have an RMS of 100watts and a max of 300watts plus i plan on getting some Polk Audio 6.5' with external crossovers again with an RMS of 100watts and a max of 300watts. So my question is that if i got a 4 channel 600watt amp that has an RMS of 125watts x 4 at 4ohms. Would that amp do any damage to those speakers or should it be fine?

as long as u set the gains right, and its good clean power, should be okay

I dont have one right now, but the JBL GTO75.4 or JBL PX300.4 look really nice.
