Watt checker correct ? ( HK-4000D)

I wanted a Turbo Start 16/12V battery.

Then all i needed was a H.O alt with a regulator.

That way i still have my 14.4V for the burb and the 17V for the 4000D.

I bet yours is like a 220V socket.

BTW the amp at .5 ohms/12v is not happy, but my subs moved a whole lot! Never doing that again....
