WARNING TO EVERYONE, DO NOT DEAL WITH BAD95GT

My advice to everyone is not to deal with Bad95gt. He is a scamming piece of sh*t.

This douchebag stole $275 from me (not a lot, but I hate letting anyone get one over on me, no matter the amount). We were to have done a cash & trade deal, but he decided to simply keep my money and never delivered on the deal.

Despite my repeated efforts to negotiate with him, and despite giving him three separate deadlines (chances), he has chosen to ignore me.

Since I’ve obtained the equipment via other means, I have no use for this little *** any more.

I want to use this thread as a little history of the agreement, his shady dealings and the ongoing criminal complaint I’ve filed against him.

I have already seen, on this site, evidence of his antics, and I welcome comments and similar experiences of others. sue bee, where are ya’?

In order to keep this post under a hundred yards in length, I’ve removed partial headers, irrelevant banter, etc. I’m sorry it’s so long, but I wanted to show how flexible and forgiving I’ve been to this jerk.

Suffice to say, other than the following emails, BadA95gt never once called me (except during delivery of my MO) and only sent me one text stating “check your email”. All this ***** had to do was pick up the phone, but no…………….

i've had the 880 prs unit before...I had a lot of trouble with the ground noise..had to ground out the rcas.....I sold mine for $240...But i loved the unit though.

I would be interested in a trade, depending on how much cash you would add.

I don't have a lot of forum feedback, the forums I'm on don't use formal feedback programs. I go by tamu1996 (yes, I'm an Aggie) on tundrasolutions.com, avic411.com, icix and some others. That was a very good read man....I read every bit of it. I say keep pursueing it/him.

I did have a transaction with him months and months back. I bought a pair of tweeters and a pair of 6x9's from him I believe......it took me about a month for them to be on my doorstep but I DID get them, thanks goodness. They were shipped/packed well and worked perfectly. I did go through all the him ignoring my pm's for days at a time but he finally came through. I hope the same for you man.

Another thing that I sorta figured out on my own is that he's selling items that HE DOES NOT HAVE!!! The items he's "selling" or "trading" are indeed someone elses.....that he's hoping to do some kind of deal with BEFORE he actually owns them! See what I'm saying?!?! He's doing deals with people here, on OTHER peoples (locally I guess) equipement before he finishes deals with locals. I guess if his deal locally goes sour, people here (on forums) are f*cked!

Oh, another thing I didn't mention that may be of some help to people.....he actually provided me a tracker.....strange but the tracker was never updated from day one. Had all my info on it but nothing else. After finally getting my package (he didn't know), he was still stating that "he lost/misplaced" the package..... Clearly that was a lie and that SOMEONE ELSE (maybe whomever he's dealing with or selling for) shipped it out already. Seriously, try installing yourself. I've always done my own installs, the first ones not nearly as good as the latter ones, but learing by doing is a big part of the fun.
