I ordered a sub through them. First I made sure the item was in stock, it was. Sent emails regarding shipping information, they contacted back basically telling me that the item is a "special order" item. There was no indication that it was a special order item. I kept in contact to find out what was taking so long. Then they kept giving me the run around about how it was going to ship soon. Well, six weeks later, the sub has still not shipped. I had a similar problem with them when I ordered 4 pioneer 12s. They kept telling me that pioneer is having rough times and they are behind on orders. Everytime I emailed them after a month of waiting they kept telling me it would ship today. After a month of that bull**** story they just kept asking me if I wanted to cancel my order so after about the third email from them I was refunded my money. I will never request anyone use this company or will I ever deal with them again...

They did the same shit to me. Then said they would swap me for a more expensive product.. I get the package and its a step below the one they said I was gonna kit and was actually cheaper then my original order. I *****ed and got my money back. Place is total garbage.

It is a shame on how many people are falling victim to these a-holes. I want to know why they have not been shut down yet? Every forum i visit i see people saying the same things about them.

Everyone who had problems should report them to the better business bureau. Maybe then they'll get shut down.
