i doubt you could make a cone.. that might be tricky..

call kicker, they might be able to send you a recone kit.

If the coils arn't fuct I'm sure someone could find a cone/surround to glue down.... but for someone wanting to fab up a cone? if you have to ask this question, it is probably out of the question....

Not gonna happen. Need a recone kit, if they are even available for that driver.

Plus, I find it hard to believe the coil went thru the trauma of having the cone 'ripped off' without suffering damage. You aren't even suppose to move the cone/coil in and out by hand for fear of rubbing. At what point are you willing to throw in the towel? You reached that point man.
