I've just never seen that piece at a point....mine was rounded, it just might be a point for your buddy's 'port noise' thought.I did it the same way on the last one I built ( pair of 10's ) worked quite well. So I figured I would try it again. If it hinders performance, I'll simply take it out and replace it . Just have to do a little sanding to remove the glue and mdf that broke off after wards. But we'll see how it works out. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
freakin' wood filler was my friend on a couple tooTable saw, clean yes, dead on accurate not quite. Had to go back and fill in a few of what should have been perfect matching angles. I need to tighten up my fence n the saw. It's been a while since it has been done. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I havent built the WO yet but I have built the 10" Death Box and it sounded pretty good.OMG, I'm jealous of your box building skills, Also it looks amazing and I would love to hear what you have to say about it's output because that decware site is really making them out to be the bombness.
