According to my father, I'm drawing some kind of satanic pentagrams or something //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

It's a decware wicked one. Free plans are offered at decare.com. It's the full 36" wide by 24" tall by 10" deep. I'm going for the best sounding pair of dollar subs in the world //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I have a pair of power acoustic 8's from way back when ( can't find squat about them ) Bought them at a yard sale couple weeks back for $1 for the pair. Svc 4ohm 125w rms each. Both coils test just fine. I tested for t/s parameters using a link given to me by the squeakinator ( thanks brudda //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ) and came up with some decent numbers that make these subs seem just right for the wicked one. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I will hopefully get ouple more panels of the inner horn done tonight hopefully. I may get more pics but it will be in the morning most likely //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

aah, me too. I did notice a couple of things. Too late now, but you didn't need to round that corner up in the sealed area..up top. I guess it won't hurt for bracing though.

Where the throat comes down, I haven't seen (that I remember) an angled cut on that end. I rounded mine off with a quarter-round bit to keep the measurement the same on the corner moudling piece like you have in yours though. G/L and keep up with the pics!

I added the corner brace there simply because I had it cut already when I trimmed the outside walls. Might as well use the scrap that's already the perfect size. It is my understanding that the throat mouth width is the most important factor. As long as it stays the same 1.5" it's okay. I built one a while back for a pair of the same model fosgate 10's that Steve used. I had the same taper, and it still sounds fargin impressive to me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Steve Deckert is a pimp...

I may be picking up a pair of his amplifiers in the coming months...I miss the SE84CS that I used to own //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
