I was HOPING someone would build a WO w/Square drivers!!!! No one on Decware seemed to even respond to a thread about it.

well, i have a rpl12 d2 and a pbx15 d2. i plan i putting one of them in my basement, not for home theater but just to rock out. i was thinking about the rlp because it would have way better sq and i think it would compliment to the 2 pairs of dayton 3-way 8" in-walls i have. however, a part of me wants to go with the pbx because of its power handling...(even though i don't "need" it...lol) i was looking on that site and saw the home wrecker. also noticed that it's made for 15(s). have any experience with this box? can it be modified for a 12?

yes, you can build a HW with 12's, but i've read 15's is the way to go.

There are specs after you purchase the plans for different sizes.

I asked a similar question about using them in a DBII on Decware and never got a response. I would like to know too.

he said round solos. and in order to fit square drivers it shouldnt be no differant. just make sure yo got enough clearance.

oh i wouldnt know. wouldnt it be a little on the small side for a solo x? or do you plan on going bigger then normal.

I tried my 8's ( 125w, svc 4ohm) on a bd1000.1 at 2ohm. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif Besides smacking the ever living pee pee out of the coils on the back plates //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif It was WWWAAAAAAYYYYY to overpowering for my front stage. I'm running a 200a4 bridged for the front comps. I now have the pair of 8's on a single kicker 250.2. Roughly 75w-80w each. And it more than keeps up with the 100w a side in the front. I don't think the solo x would be an ideal candidate for a wo.
