I have a 01 Ranger ext cab and I would like to make the inside alot nicer. Im already getting racing seats and a custom set of gauges.

What would yall recomend I do next?

Headliner up grade, and any other interior material like on door pannel inserts upgrade the fabric to match the seats and headliner.

If you do racing seats you should buy an explorer center console. Also an over head console would be nice. They are really easy to install and look great.

you could also paint the door panal inserts the same color as the outside of your truck.
