Don't know about you but when I was 15-16 I cut my neighbor's grass for a little extra money. Find the elderly people on your block and offer to mow their lawns for like $10. 10 minutes per lawn if you're quick, $60 in an hour and now you can buy a used HU off someone here.

dude just go to a local car shop or metal shop and ask them if they need cleaning done or sometin

i once went to a metal shop and in one day i made 80 bucks workin like 3 hours cause it was alot of work.

just go to those kind of places and ask if they need cleaning done most likely they will give at least 30 bucks for 2 hours or so.
