WTB: Mono or 2 Channel Amp Cheap

My friend needs a cheap amp to power his IDQ. Budget is under $150. He doesn't know whether his sub is D2 or D4, so power output is whatever, anything that does 300-600wrms @ 4 or 2 ohms should work. He had a small Rockford amp on it before that put out like 200x1 @ 4ohms so I'm sure anything should be an upgrade. Show me what you got. Pics if possible please. Especially interested if you're local so we don't have to ship.
