walmart is a ****ing mess.... u get some half *** workers that dont know wtf they doing... retards who let there kids wonder the store while they work... people who are on drugs" assuming" and losser's even the manangers hate there lifes, i know this cause a guy that worked with me is a mananger now there and he hates it just pays alittle better then what he did.

but there's so many hot girls there. some guys make it known that it's their girl by kissing them in front of me and my coworkers when we're outside on break.

by about 2am our store is pretty dead. and our self checkouts close at midnight.

but yes, the pay does ****, and they took away our merit raises. bastages. it is relaxing overnight tho, cuz hardly any customers to deal with except the drunks, adn the creepy/strange/weirdos. sometimes we get druggies as well who are high. but i get pissed when we're pulling pallets out to the floor and there's little kids running around the stackbases (displays) without looking. one of these days a kid is gonna get knocked down and we're gonna get sued because we couldn't stop the pallet in time with the kid a foot away. some of those pallets are heavy as shit and hard to stop on a dime. and yes people that steal from our store take away from our profit, and that turns into internal shrink, which takes away from our bonuses and pay. i hate kids like you (the guy saying 5 finger discounts are good). and yes, we do have some dumbass people who don't kno what they're doing. we (my coworkers and i) always talk shit about them on breaks/lunch.

I heard the security guys at walmart don't weear any uniforms, they dress normally like the customers to make stealers look like they are not security. But security catch people all the time because the stealers think of them as other customers. They say security just walks around the lanes acting like they are looking at a product, but they are actually watching if your stealing. Whoever said they worked at walwart, is this true?
