the deep cycles work fine for ground pounding. they take a long time to recharge though so not as good for repeated burping.

I just bought some group 31's with 130 ah for 75.00 each.. They are beasts!This batt shop has some off the wall ****! I told em I wanted something like a Deka Intimidator and the guy laughed and said I have one that kills it and brought these up..I bought 3 for now.

the everstart 1n's were pretty good batteries for under the hood and were cheep but they discontinued them now they have the 64 or 65n's and there not on par with the 1n's and the same price.
